Del Fabbro, Farrell & Provine Named to Del. Business Hall of Fame

The Wilmington-Delaware Business Hall of Fame’s 2022 class will feature a cross-section of the Delaware economy, with longtime leaders in the construction, banking and science industries.

Inducted into this year’s Hall of Fame is Margaret “Peggy” Davis Del Fabbro, CEO of M. Davis & Sons, a family-owned construction company in Wilmington. William J. Farrell is the recently retired former President and CEO of Wilmington Trust, the investment and institutional services arm of M&T Bank. Bill Provine is a longtime executive at DuPont, Delaware where he led his startup incubator in the innovation space as founding president and CEO.

The trio will be celebrated in a ceremony on October 26 at the Hall’s host and organizer, Junior Achievement Delaware’s Wilmington campus. They join 73 other leaders who have been honored since the Hall was founded in 1990. Winners are selected based on their business, industry, or community achievements that have positively impacted the development of the local economy and workforce.

Most recently, M&T Bank led the transition and included current and contemporary leaders who act as role models for Junior Achievement students through invention/innovation, entrepreneurship, and/or strategic management.
