Eddie Cibrian is denying ex-wife Brandi Glanville’s allegations that he cheated on her with actress Piper Perabo during their marriage.
“I’m saddened to have to resolve this, I truly believed we had come a long way, but that wasn’t true 19 years ago and it’s false now,” the actor told Page Six in a statement.
“Just because someone thinks something might be true doesn’t mean it’s true,” he continues. “This is all so unnecessary.”
Cibrian, 49, sarcastically adds that “fun times at the Christmas table await” – as he maintains a co-parenting relationship with Glanville, with whom he has sons Mason, 19, and Jake, 15.
Glanville previously stated to Page Six in an exclusive interview that she had reason to believe Cibrian was the “f-king” Perabo, now 46, during production of his 2005 film “The Cave.”
“They made a movie together and [my son] Mason was 1 and I went to the set and it was in another country, Romania I think,” said the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum.
“AND [Perabo] it was horrible for me,” said the host of the “Unfiltered” podcast.
Glanville recalls feeling uneasy witnessing Cibrian and Perabo’s alleged interactions on the set of his then-spouse’s horror action film – which was filmed in 2004 on location between Romania and Mexico.
“She was flirting with Eddie, like, right in front of me,” he said. “I was like, ‘Am I here? I’m the only person [seeing this]🇧🇷 Like, what’s going on?’”
Glanville’s suspicions were further fueled by information allegedly shared by members of The Cave’s crew.
“I made friends on set and heard a lot of things,” she tells us.
When asked what she heard, Glanville stated that she was told “that Piper and Eddie were fucking”.
Representatives for Perabo have yet to respond to Page Six, despite repeated requests for comment.
According to Glanville, she confronted Cibrian when he returned home to Los Angeles after completing the project.
“He convinced me it wasn’t true,” she said, explaining why she decided to stay with him.
“We had a 1-year-old son and he was the love of my life at the time and, you know, it was really hard to convince me of things.”
Furthermore, Glanville alleged that Cibrian dismissed the concerns, calling her “crazy”, “jealous” and “all that stuff”.
Cibrian has been accused of being unfaithful to Glanville before. He had infamous high-profile affairs with “Vanderpump Rules” OG Scheana Shay and country singer LeAnn Rimes, his current wife.
Glanville stayed with Cibrian through her relationship with Shay, now 37, but called it quits for good after he struck up a not-so-secret romance with Rimes, now 40.
Glanville and Cibrian ended up getting divorced in 2010 after nine years of marriage.
The “Playboy Club” actor married Rimes in 2011, two years after they met on the set of the Lifetime romantic drama “Northern Lights.”
Glanville – who appears in an upcoming episode of Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea” podcast – said he is amused by Rimes and Perabo appearing together in the 2000 blockbuster “Coyote Ugly”.
“It’s kind of ironic that [Perabo] was in ‘Coyote Ugly’ with LeAnn. I’m like, ‘Oh God, they share the same D,'” said the outspoken TV personality, who spoke to Page Six while promoting her role on Peacock’s new reality show, “The Traitors.”
By the way, Rimes and Perabo were once linked to the same man – years before either of them worked with Cibrian.
In 2001, Rimes split from her longtime boyfriend Andrew Keegan on “10 Things I Hate About You” after he allegedly got close to Perabo, per E! News capture from a Daily News article.
“The Traitors” premieres January 12 at Peacock.
